Your satisfaction is our goal!
If you are unhappy with your purchase when it is delivered, simply return it to CornerOne.Com within 10 days from delivery date. All returns must be sent back within 10 days of receipt and you MUST receive prior authorization for the return. RETURNS MADE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ADDITIONAL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
You may return a product by accessing "Returns" through "View And Manage My Orders" in My Account, or fill out the form below.
Your credit card will be credited for the purchase price within 48 - 72 hours of the products acceptable return to either CornerOne.Com offices or to the manufacturer. Please allow ten days for a CornerOne.Com refund check to reach you if you've made your purchase by check or money order. For items that are non-defective and returned or refused, there is a 20% restocking fee that will be charged to your account. We will waive the restocking fees if you reorder a product that is of equal or greater value. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer. If your order has not yet shipped and you have an account with us, you may cancel the order on the "Track My Orders" screen in My Account.
Although we do all we can at CornerOne.Com to ensure that the right product arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition, sometimes something goes wrong and an item must be returned. If a purchase arrives defective, damaged, or in error, you will not be charged for return shipping. If you are refusing an item, please notify us so we may credit your account immediately.
